There is not a course specifically for this however we are offering this opportunity with material from numerous trainers.

Many groups will be away this coming Summer this will be an interactive session to answer questions and share best practice.

The session will include:

  • The health form and the requirements
  • First aid kits
  • Listening
  • When to call parents
  • Medication storage and dispensing
  • Record keeping and emergency files
  • Having a designated first aid area
  • Hand washing under canvas

This is for all section leaders, unit helpers and leaders in training, you are welcome to bring your young leaders.

Please note: This is being held at The Scout Hall at Copthorne, which is next door to the Guide Hall.
